Good morning friends. Today I want to talk about a topic that has been looming in the ether for some time in the cultural landscape. It is a subject that I have attempted to shed some light on in my latest work, The Learning Curve, which is Autobiographical Fiction. In my experience as an American, particularly African-American, and citizen of the World I have learned that becoming attached to a person, place or thing can lead to depression, anxiety and
panic attacks. It is good to remember that depression is caused by living in the past, anxiety by living in the future, and that it is best to live in the present.
